The Jewish Fund for Abortion Access is a bold, values-driven engine of action — activating the Jewish community and directing urgent, real-time funding to protect, expand, and deliver reproductive health care to those who need it most.
By the numbers
When the Jewish community shows up, change happens. Here's what the Jewish Fund for Abortion Access has achieved since 2022:

10,000+ patients have had their travel costs covered to access abortion care.
3.5 million advocates have been mobilized to fight for reproductive freedom.
$1.5 million+ has been raised to date, with grants to 25+ partners across the country.
5,000+ individual donors have given to this movement — with 90% contributing between $3 and $250.

It is not “either or,” but rather “both and.” The need is great across the country and all support is needed. NCJW’s Jews for Abortion Access campaign seeks to create a way for the Jewish community to come together and meet this critical moment to get dollars directly into the hands of those most impacted by the abortion access crisis our country faces. Please also give to your local abortion fund to ensure individuals in, or traveling to, your community can get care.

This answer was not written by lawyers and should not be considered legal guidance: States with laws that allow people to be sued for aiding and ‘abetting’ folks accessing abortion care are meant to be tricky and act as a deterrent. For this reason, we can’t give you a clear answer as there is so little precedent given the newness of the laws. On our part, data of who contributes to the fund is private and NCJW will do everything in our power to not share it should we ever be asked to.
