This answer was not written by lawyers and should not be considered legal guidance: States with laws that allow people to be sued for aiding and ‘abetting’ folks accessing abortion care are meant to be tricky and act as a deterrent. For this reason, we can’t give you a clear answer as there is so little precedent given the newness of the laws. On our part, data of who contributes to the fund is private and NCJW will do everything in our power to not share it should we ever be asked to.
